Each floor has a living room with a comfortable sofa, satellite TV and a fireplace for cosy hours. On the upper floor there is a large dining table with six armchairs and an open-plan kitchen. In the kitchen on the ground floor there is a dining table with four armchairs. Both kitchens are fully equipped with an oven, a (deep) fridge, an induction hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine, leaving nothing to be desired. The large sliding glass doors provide plenty of light. Three bedrooms await you on the upper floor: two bedrooms each have a double bed (1.60 metres wide), the third has two single beds (each 0.90 metres wide). There are two bedrooms on the lower floor - one with a large double bed (1.80 metres wide) and one with two single beds (each 0.90 metres wide). There are two bathrooms on each floor of the villa. Two bathrooms are equipped with a shower, washbasin and WC. One bathroom has a bath and shower, washbasin and WC. The fourth bathroom can be accessed directly from a bedroom and is equipped with a washbasin and shower. The fourth WC is located in a separate room. Both floors of the villa are equipped with central air conditioning and heating, which can be individually controlled in each room. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the villa. A washing machine is available free of charge on both floors. Both floors of the villa can be individually closed off by sliding doors in the vestibule.The sea and the beach, as well as the centre of Cannes (Croisette, Festival Palais) can be reached on foot in approx. ten to fifteen minutes.
