In the 'Villa Lucie-Aurélie', an official historic building in the charming Quartier Saint-Nicolas, close to the main train station and less than 5 minutes walk from local shopping, a unique blend of historic charm and modern comfort awaits you.

**Inside, you will want for nothing. The modern furnishings of our 1st floor flat create a cosy atmosphere in which up to 3 people can live comfortably - ideal if the third person is over 10 years old and uses the sofa bed in the living room. A light-flooded living-dining room with fully equipped open-plan kitchen and separate dining area offers all the comforts of home, while the bedroom with full anti-bacterial bed linen and the bathroom with shower, WC and towel warmer leave nothing to be desired. State-of-the-art technical equipment, including smart TV, free Wi-Fi and electric shutters, complete the picture.

**The outdoor area radiates tranquillity: the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows falls onto the leafy inner courtyard, which provides a peaceful retreat. Access to the flat is via an imposing marble staircase. The issue of parking has also been resolved: There are two modern, clean multi-storey car parks just a few metres away, as well as free street parking nearby, should luck be on your side.
The property includes an underground parking space, which can be additionally rented for €8 per day.
