This traditional stone house stands in large grounds with lawns close to the sea.The holiday home is set in approx. 6, 000 m² of fenced parkland, with many trees and plants. There is a parking space on the grounds. You can play a game of pétanque in the courtyard. There is also a net on the lawn for children to play volleyball or badminton. There is a separate toilet. On the second floor of the house, there is a fourth bedroom with three single beds and a small shower room with shower cubicle and washbasin. The bedrooms are all furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers, coat rack, chairs and bedside tables.The holiday home is approximately 400 m from the sea. The holiday home is within easy reach of shops selling everyday products, restaurants and a wide range of leisure facilities. The possibilities are endless: beach outings, angling, tennis, water sports, golf, horse-riding or walks along the many paths. Of course, you can also take trips to tourist destinations such as Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue, with its fishing port and yachting harbour, the fort on the island of Tatihou, one of Vauban's fortifications and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the oyster beds producing delicious oysters. A little further afield, you can discover the D-Day landing beaches along the English Channel.
